Shipping & Returns
Shipping: We use USPS to send packages via first class mail. All parcels include USPS Delivery Confirmation. Shipping can be calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the final total. IF YOU SPEND $75 OR MORE SHIPPING IS FREE! We can offer expedited shipping for an additional fee; please inquire before placing your order.
Order Pick-up: Pre-ordering items for pick-up at one of my shows saves you time and money; you'll get free shipping too! If you're paying by credit card or if you're planning on paying by cash or check at the show select Store Pick-up when checking out. I also offer local deliveries on purchases of $50 and more within 10 miles of zipcode 75287!
Order Modification: To modify your order please call and email me within 12 hours. If your order has not been filled then i will do my best to accommodate your request. If it has been filled then it is subject to our returns policy.
Returns: If you have received a defective product, incomplete or damaged order do not throw away the package or item, contact lady of Luxury as soon as possible and we will evaluate the problem and replace any defective product or help apply for compensation from the carrier. Lady of Luxury cannot accept returns on non defective items due to the personal nature of our products. Your satisfaction is our priority so please ask any questions you have about our products before purchasing. As with all personal care products, discontinue use if irritation occurs.
Cancellation: We fill our orders quickly so please be sure to cancel your order as soon as possible. Cancellation of orders will incur a 10% restocking fee to cover our cost of cancelling the order. If the order has been shipped out then it is too late to cancel the order and falls under our returns policy.
