| Payment is due before an order is fulfilled. All prices are in US dollars and payment is due in US dollars. Credit Card Payment can be made online at the time of purchase through our secure third party processor Paypal Business. We also accept PayPal account payments. Checks and Money Orders You can pay with check/money order by choosing the appropriate option while checking out. Orders will only be shipped once the check or money order has been received and cleared by our bank. Pickup Orders If you will be in the North Dallas area local pickup is an option and will save shipping cost because there is no extra charge. Simply choose pickup as the option when checking out and we will contact you with pickup options and information. Texas sales tax is due on all pickup orders Wholesale We offer wholesale terms to qualified businesses please see Wholesale for more information. Errors Lady of Luxury is not responsible for errors that may occur in the order system and we reserve the right to cancel orders if a purchasing system error has occurred, if we cancel an order payment will be refunded to the customer in full. Please retain a copy of all relevant order, payment and delivery numbers. Sales Tax is applicable for Texas residents and will be added to the order total. Delivery is available to the 50 US states and Canada only. Delivery will be made through the United States Postal Service. The cost of delivery, if applicable, will be added to your order cost on checkout( see also Shipping & Returns). Warranty We sell consumable personal hygiene and grooming products, because of the nature of our products we cannot offer refunds on non defective items. All product contents will be as stated in the product description, please read the description and ingredients thoroughly before purchase. Our products are hand made in small batches, there may be variation in shape, coloring and scent between batches. We do however always use quality ingredients and hygenic procedures.
